Role & Responsibilities 1. Develop intervention programs & make modification prn 2. Conduct therapeutic riding together with instructors 3. Assess & regularly re-assess riders on their physical & functional limitation, list out the problems 4. Provide regular in-service training to riding instructors, helpers, school teachers & care takers of riders 5. Conduct research / studies on riding effect & set up library / database 6. Administrative work & Liaise with schools 7. Promote RDA & hippo-therapy locally & hold contact with RDA of other countries 8. Participate in RDA committees as requested
Profile - Registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong - Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as physiotherapist - Experience with horses & therapeutic riding preferred - Preferable bilingual in Cantonese & English (spoken & written) - Computer skills in MS Office - Open minded, proactive & pleasant personality - Seeking for self development through continuous education - Team player, who reacts flexibly to different activities & functions - RDA will provide on job training in equestrian & hippotheraphy for appropriate candidate
