BENEFITS
This exercise combines lateral work and bending to release and relax your horse through his torso. the end goal is for him to bend toward the cone as he steps deeply with his inside hind leg every step while maintaining a steady rhythm. To begin, place a small cone or other kind of marker in the center of a 10-meter circle.
