<p>i have never heard of a horserace held here in my living place. i&nbsp;suppose it must be&nbsp;very popular in the&nbsp;southen .But by now , i know nothing about it .lol~~ and it seems i have no interest in it . maybe cos i am poor.......:(</p><p>i had expected to search a normal english bbs for fun ,but&nbsp; happenedly, i&nbsp;got this place and i hope it will be a&nbsp;funny place&nbsp;to go.:)</p><p>thanks all.</p>

<p>Unless you're super rich, horses make you poor, period.&nbsp; We have a joke in the states: How can you be a millionaire horse owner?&nbsp; You start with two million dollars.</p><p>However, I am curious if China government allows horse racing now.&nbsp; I thought it would be considered gambling, hence illegal.</p>

I prefer dressage more...rather than racing...I cant imagine..those racing horses having fun in their misserable lives..the only thing they have to do is run run RUN..run your lungs out!!! so cruel..sighh
