紧急：奥运期间在香港工作的SSV同事请进

凡是奥运期间在香港工作的内地马术志愿者们（SSV），如果还没有领取到你的奥运服务证书，请注意了：

Title   Certificate Collection Arrangement and Reimbursement Enquiries

Description
Please be informed that all operations of the Equestrian Company will
cease after 31 December 2008.  Any residual work pertaining to the
voluntary winding-up will be left to the appointed Liquidator.

However, we will keep a staff member to facilitate the collection of
volunteer certificates.  If you still have not collected or not been
informed to collect your certificate, not to worry.  Please come to
Caroline Hill Office to collect it in January 2009.  Our staff Mr. Edmond
Lee (contact  No. 6625 5196) will stay until end of January 2009 to serve
you.

The collection time is –
Monday to Friday : 0900 to 1900 hours

If you do not collect the certificate within January 2009, we will assume
that you do not need it.  We will pass it to the Liquidator for disposal.

按邮件内容，今天是2009年元旦，香港马术公司已经在昨天解散了，他们会留一个人用一个月的时间来做证书发放的最后工作，期限是一个月！如果一个月后还没有领的证书，那么就不再保留了。

如果还想要奥运服务证书的SSV们，看到后立即联系香港方面

已跟香港馬術公司温慧儀瞭解過，她會於一月十六日根據內地SSV在其紀錄內的地址寄出所有SSV證明書。

若有任何的內地SSV的登記地址在過去半年內曾有更改，須於十五日前把新地址直接交温慧儀或本人代轉。

注意，在温慧儀把全部證明書寄出後便不會有任何機會取回證書了。

 

不過，每一內地SSV必須知道自己的從屬組別，是跟温慧儀的還是其他的經理，其他的組別須到辦公室領取。

非常感谢Edwin的协助！这样内地的SSV们就不用去香港领取自己的证书了，只需在家里等邮件即可。

另外可否请温慧儀小姐早一些寄出证书，有些SSV的通讯地址是办公单位，16号寄出到达内地时想必已是春节假期，投递领取都不方便，请予以考虑。

抱歉，温小姐現時不在香港，她會於十五號回到港，翌日便即寄出證書。
