INTERNATIONAL ENDURANCE IN INNER MONGOLIA，CHINA    Organizer : Chinese Equestrian Association Competition Venue: Siklingelei League of  <place wst="on"></place><place></place><place></place><place></place>Inner Mongolia<place></place><place></place><place></place><place></place> autonomous region Date: Aug 15th, 2009Competition Level: One-star CEIPromotion: Chinese Equestrian Website(<a href="http://www.horse.org.cn/">www.horse.org.cn</a>)          Approved by State Physical Culture Administration, the first International Endurance in Inner Mongolia, China will be held in the grassland of Siklingelei on Aug 15th, 2009.     In accordance with the FEI rule, riders from 7 countries will attend the competition. The competition stage will be set at the beautiful Xilin river Jiuqu and Xinlin lake reservoir, with typical grassland marsh physiognomy, and  the whole length is 85 KM, dividing into 4 stages.     Because  this is an invitation game,  all the horses is selected and provided by the organizers  free of charge, and the reception of the athlete is also free.    At the same time, the Siklingelei Ethnic Endurance Competition,  Horseback  DV Competition  and  Horseback Travel in Siklingelei，Mongolia are ongoing. People from both home and abroad are warmly welcomed.     Entry fee for the first International Endurance in Inner Mongolia, China: 300RMB, including the insurance fee (Each member will be insured fully by the China Sports Insurance Broker Co., Ltd; 400,000 RMB for accident insurance, and 120,000 RMB for medical  insurance), free lodging ( appointed hotel), free competition horses. 3. Qualification The competitor is limit within 40. With the committee’s carefully consider the situation, 10 foreign Rider with Certificates of
Capability of above the one-star CEI will be invited ( the traffic and room and board fee please see the invitation letter), and 30 Chinese Riders will be selected according to the past domestic endurance performance and applying situation, and they will make up three teams: CN Team 1 (by selection), CN Team 2( riders from Inner Mongolia) and CN Team 3( riders from different provinces and cities) .4. Horses and equipmentThe undertaker trains and selects 50 Chinese horses (10 horses for backup) that are suitable for endurance competition. The horses are allocated by drawing straws by all the competitor.The organizing committee will provide the Chinese cavalvy saddle, and the competitor may bring their own saddle, but it should be adaptable to the Chinese horse. American western saddle is prohibited. Competitor must wear helmet or hat on horse and submit the medical card at the Briefing. and be dressed according to related rules5. Competition methodEvery 10 competitor are dividing into a group, and 5 minutes difference in each group starting. The departure time after each phase is one’s time passing the vet gate adding the compulsory halt time of the relevant phase. Competitor should go to the starting point 5 minutes in advance. preparing the vet inspection and time card and ask the technical official (timer and vet) to write down related information, and incomplete information or information  vacancy will be announced results invalid. 6. Ranking and awardAll the riders that finish the competition and pass all the vet inspection in accordance with the schedule will gain the certification of completing the competition. And among the above riders, the first 10 using shortest time will be awarded certification and bonus (after tax bonus, and 30% of the bonus is the horse owner bonus, the first 3 will be awarded medal in addition (after tax bonus, 15% of the bonus is the horse owner bonus)
