My finger is healing... Another 2 weeks I can start the physical therapy.

BTW, I have more time teaching him to lie down nowadays... also a better shoulder-in, side pass in the ground...

我已经放弃对Ranger 的重新调教，毕竟没时间耗....

还是喜欢租现成的，看看这匹在长岛出租的德国温血，以我目前的毁马功力，是没有希望的，现在主要还是努力练习提高自己

Puma is a wonderful horse with plenty of show-ring experience. He was imported in 2005 from Germany where he was competing in 1.40m classes. Since then he has had one owner who has shown in the equitation and children's jumper divisions. Most recently he was competing in the Adult Medals and won in the Hampton Classic in 2009. His beautiful gaits and ring-presence would also make him a fantastic dressage horse. His flatwork is outstanding. Puma is an absolute sweetheart in need of a new home, his owner is sadly off to college.

Looks like a nice horse!!!.

However, you never know how it was trained. My experience tells me people train horse in different ways. It is hard to find a horse that is trained by others to fit my idea. Some horses come with vices: rein pulling, head tossing, hard on bit, ... you name it. And I hardly believe re-training can 100% fix those troubles.

That's why I rather start with a young horse and shape its way to what I need... Young OTTBs (Off Track Thorough Bred) are cheap, couple of hundreds and you get a decent one (mine cost me only $200.00)... You can even get a free one sometimes. Try some OTTB rescue if you're ready for your own.

Sounds like I am trying to talk you into getting one? Ha ha ha...

I agree with your idea about training young horses into your dream horse. In Long Island, there are many horses for free adoption. Getting my own horse even if it is cost a lot or is cheap, it is expensive.The boarding fee is the same for all horses. How much is your boarding fee around your area? In Long Isalnd, the boarding fee is expensive. Also because of the boarding fee, people can not afford the horse. So they are looking for horses that are half boarder. They want to share the horse. Sometimes you can rent a very high level horse if you are very experienced rider. Maybe when I retired from my job, I will get an young horse to train it my way.

Pit is a 13 year old gelding. He will come from Poland (Europe) in December. He's polish famous sport breed.

Pit is an extremely good, dressage horse. He s Intermediate II level. I have him now for 8 years (I love him so much that I could't sell him), and I know him very well. His behaviour is excellent. That is why he is also good for trial rides.

I'm looking for a person who is a quite good rider, who could ride 2-3 times a week. Also I'm able to give this person dressage lesson once or twice a week (included in price).

I will board him in Stanhope Stables, in Huntington, which is a really beautiful area and the barn is nice:)

就像你的要求一样，越高级的马，马主对JOSE的要求和毁马限制越多，

现在景气又不好，长岛的寄养费用实在压得多数马主闯不过气，让JOSE有机会租到好马，但没有一匹马像RANGER一样可以让JOSE毁得随心所欲
